History

In 1994 William S. Niehaus acquired 100% ownership of Medica. He had established and served as the President of The Vollrath Company’s International Division since its inception in the early 1980s. Following this acquisition, Medica continued to partner with manufacturers and distributors of high-quality medical wares and devices, while greatly expanding their export of pharmaceutical products. In addition, Medica proudly earned the distinction of receiving the Wisconsin Governor’s Export Achievement Award.

Today, Medica International Ltd. continues to draw upon decades of experience in global trade while incorporating all the technological benefits available in the 21st century digital age. We are pleased to be able to maintain positive relationships with our long-term legacy accounts; while at the same time, developing new associations with a wide variety of promising suppliers and distributors.

Medica’s executive and administrative staff are highly skilled in U.S. and international business, trade and regulations. This enables us to complete new projects quickly and cost effectively.
